Reporting a problem

To help us reproduce an issue quickly, please include:

  • the name or address of the tool you used
  • your browser and device (for example "Chrome 130 on Windows 11" or "Safari on iPhone")
  • what you did, what you expected and what happened instead, including any error message
  • the approximate size and type of the file, if a file was involved

Please do not send confidential files. The tools never upload your files, and we do not need the original document to investigate most problems – a description or a harmless sample file is usually enough.
